What makeup brands do I use?

Good question! Looking for a makeup artist can be daunting sometimes. You would want to know what is applied on your skin. Rest assured, we only use trusted brands and the best quality products on all our clients. Some of these include M.A.C, Aleph Beauty, Fenty Beauty, Makethemake, Tarte, Hourglass, Too Faced, Ben Nye, Benefit, Morphe, BH Cosmetics, Mehron, Modelrock, Matrix, Davroe and Loreal. We only use products that are known to have great results and reviews or that we have personally tested before we use them on you!

Can I book a trial first before my wedding?

Definitely! A trial or consultation is especially helpful if you are unsure of what hair and makeup look you want. It is also a great way to see if you like our work and a test to see how long your hair and makeup can last. It is important to trust and build a good connection with your artist so you can feel comfortable on your big day.

Trials can be done on Mondays to Wednesdays as the weekends are saved for wedding days and other events.

How should I prepare on the day of my booking?

Makeup - Please exfoliate your skin and lips one or two days beforehand.

We recommend getting your brows shaped and facial hair removed in preparation of your appointment date.

On the day, please ensure your face is clean, no product on your face (moisturiser and sunscreen is fine) prior to makeup booking.

Hair - Must be freshly cleaned the evening before to avoid greasiness, fully brushed and DRY with no product before your appointment.

Environment - Have a chair and table (ideally near natural light) and close to a wall plug ready for us to set up when we arrive. Please minimise distractions during your service.

If your question isn’t answered here, please have a look at our Terms & Conditions.
